What you're reporting is the behavior of the proverbial dumb ass. My criticism is no penalty. The illnesses among the fish are the penalty. I am not calling you a dumb ass to make you feel worse. It's just that these problems are preventable, measurable, and if I could have gotten to you earlier with the recommendation.......Ah well...
